Political Prisoners
As to be expected, Leonard Peltier and Mumia Abu-Jamal were finally released from prison and given full pardons. Their cells are now occupied by Henry Kissinger and Dick Cheney, who, after years of evading capture, were convicted of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Kissinger is handling it fine, becoming kind of the ‘godfather’ of the entire prison system, he’s really found his niche, actually it’s pretty much the same niche he filled when he was not in prison. Cheney on the other hand, is suffering on the brink of a nervous breakdown. He can’t take the confinement or the isolation, never mind the waterboarding.
